Reviews
Chris was able respond within an hour of me posying, able to come out that same day, and fo what I needed done. Great job, my pool looks great. Definitely would recommend and I'm looking at adding him for my monthly service.
Update review after a year: Chris was good in the beginning. However, starting this year , he started skipping services and eventually disappeared with no response no reasons at all. I was on vacation in January for 2 weeks, he didn’t come at all . My gate camera tells everything . Two weeks ago, I texted him after no show for 3 weeks, no responses. Well, if you think you want to stop the service, please be open and honest. I read the other person’s 2 star review, exactly the same thing happened to me . Here is my review from last year: My previous pool guy left my pool dark green with all leaves on the pool ground and told me I shouldn’t have high expectations in this kind of weather. I guess he was not able to fix my pool so he was tying to fool me. I couldn’t wait any longer , so I found Chris . See the pics before and after. My pool is happy and I am happy. My pool has never been so blue . I was always wondering why my pool was always green even when it’s clear . Now I have the answer. Thanks Chris.
This is the second time I worked with Pools Plus and it is always a quality job.

I purchased a hot tub recently. While I did clean the filter and treat the water I couldn’t get my levels balance. I reached out to California Pool Experts. They came out the next day. Chris was amazing. Not only did he balance my water levels he educated me on my personal maintenance in between service. Service included drain and refilling. I’m so glad that I found them. I highly recommend them. Professional, personable, and knowledgeable. Thank you for everything.
