He never showed up and did not reply to my texts whether he comes the day after.

Shaun is a complete pro and gives great service. Prices are very fair. Highly recommended.
Shaun did a wonderful job with my 40 gallon aquarium. His pricing is very reasonable and he finished the job in great time.
He can show up when scheduled or call if he's not coming. He set up a new line that leaked and ruined our base. When I contacted Shaun, he said, "Sometimes the line loosens, and I have to tighten it up." I wasn't told that when installed. He hasn't responded since, and once again, he stood me up for June 26, 2024 appointment. Be careful.
Working with Sean was an awesome experience. He was very communicative, friendly, social and did a great job. His price is very reasonable which made me pick him over others. Gave me alot of great advice. I will be using him for regular cleaning of my saltwater tank.
Shaun was amazing, very knowledgable, completely professional, and very creative. He set my mind at ease immediately and was incredibly punctual. Excellent service and very affordable!!!
I got service from them today. They left my ornament coral laying down. All my live rock was covered in sand. They didn't add any water back in after the cleaning. I had to go get 10 gallons of saltwater to top off the tank. They cut a piece into one of my frags. I assume with his vacuum. In other words nothing was done but a bad substrate cleaning. And I'm probably going to have a bacterial bloom from how cloudy the water is now.. do not use this service if you have an expensive saltwater aquarium . I just don't understand how they could leave my tank like this and not send someone back after all my complaints.
A few days ago, I reached out to Shaun with Cali-Quatics. He responded quickly and asked questions so he understood what we needed. He came today and was clean, polite, knowledgeable, and very reasonable. I will be using his services monthly! He did a great job and my grandma’s fish seem happy.
Shaun was on time and very professional. He has water filter system to give the fish fresh water! I definitely recommend Shaun. He also very responsible with his price. I will be using him moving forward.
Shaun was very professional and answered all our questions! I highly recommend him!
Shaun did an outstanding job. My tank got a parasite about a month ago. I tried to take care of it myself but had no luck. Shaun came in and after two treatments my tank looks AMAZING. He’s honest and reliable and affordable.
Shaun was on-time, dressed professionally and knowledgeable about my freshwater tank. He answered all my questions, and I felt comfortable letting him service my tank immediately. I’d definitely recommend him to friends and family. I’ve set up monthly service for my 20 gal tank so it’ll continue looking great.
