I went through 2 other electricians before finally getting the work done for my mother’s home with Call Pro Power. One my the biggest frustrations is dealing with contractors that try to take advantage of senior citizens. They either give a super low price to win the business but there is something you just don’t trust about them or they give an extremely high price hoping that you won’t know what the cost for the work should really be. Call Pro Power came out on time and installed 1 indoor light fixture and 5 exterior light fixtures. Work was done in a few hours and my mother was very pleased. I would highly recommend them! Jose was quick and responsive and was flexible enough to adjust to our situation, i.e., repair at a rental property and we didn't know if renters would be home.

Jose was absolutely amazing! He diagnosed my issues very quickly and it did not take him long to fix the problems. He was very responsive and very professional. Amazing service! They really care about the quality of work and making sure to go above and beyond for their customer. He troubleshooted my issues until the problems were solved with electricals/AC unit. Even staying late and coming back on their time off. Called Jose for broken outlets in the kitchen. He responded immediately and was even able to come out the same day providing updates on timing of arrival. He explained the issues and was meticulous with the repair. His work was so good that we hired Jose for more jobs at the house! Excellent work!
Jose did a professional job when he added a new outside outlet for my hybrid van. Very personable as well. I'm sure I will use him again.
On time, responds quickly. He repaired/replaced three lights and replaced a ceiling fan unit. He very clearly explained what the problems were and how he was going to fix them. He did the job correctly, rather than trying to rush through. Highly recommend
He responded less than 5 minutes after I submitted my request. He then provided electrical services for me after 6 PM on the same day! I couldn't ask for a better situation. I'm very pleased with the outcome.
