This is the second time I’ve hired CPI. I think repeat business speaks for itself! Fast, responsive, and great communication!
Isn’t went above and beyond when combing through this house and wrote up a stellar inspection report including pictures of everything. Highly recommend!
Ian communicated throughout the process and provided results within the timeline he committed to. Very professional! Would happily recommend and hire again!
Got the job done for a reasonable price. Quick to respond to inquiries. Got written report back. Took a week, instead of 24 hrs for lab tests results, but good communication during the process.

Very responsive and easy to work with. Would recommend them.
I can’t say enough good things about Ian. From the beginning, he had a smile on our faces and made us feel like longtime friends. He handled our two littles one with such kindness, and by the end of the experience, I think we were all awestruck by him. He’s incredibly knowledgeable, honest, and forthcoming. Going forward, he will be who we use and who we recommend. For the cost, his services are more than worth the value.

Ian and his assistant Christian was very punctual, personable and knowledgeable. Also very friendly which is a plus it was in and out fairly quickly, but he was very thorough in his assessments. Highly recommended.
