This process has been a real learning experience for myself. Having this expert in the field available to consult on my project has been an invaluable opportunity. Its also very refreshing to find someone knowledgeable and friendly enough to work with. 10/10

About Candience LLC
15 year lead software engineer and designer working at companies like PayPal, Venmo, LinkedIn, and Meta. Real world experience building websites and applications from idea to launch. Most importantly, what I build is a representation of my own work. so I maintain a heavy focus on clean design, solid architecture, and products that scale without headaches.Extensive experience building anything from custom websites, full stack apps, UI UX, and system architecture... even founding my own company. I genuinely enjoy speaking with others about ideas they have and how I may be able to assist. And I don't ever expect anything more than a collaborative mindset. If you were capable of coding and understanding the technical jargon that comes with it, I would find it very interesting as to why either of us are on Thumbtack ;) I'm very comfortable working in React, Next.js, JavaScript, Python, AWS, PostgreSQL, and Figma. Honestly, you name it. I've touched it. Simply put, if you want something built right, have someone friendly enough that might make you wonder if they really are capable of coding (in a way, that's kind of the best compliment), and most importantly, a true and fair assessment on how much this project has the capability of costing, as I would never quote or estimate anything before understanding the scope and as much as possible about necessary work to complete something that will exceed expectations... I just might be your guy 🤓
Reviews
Candience was more than I could ask for. My daughter had a class project and was stuck with the code. He took extra extra time to work the problem and walk her through the issue so she could understand. I will definitely use him again!!!
Appreciated his promptness to our questions and work quality. Would definitely recommend.
