The company was initially very punctual. They provided an estimate and were at my home the following day. Additional work was required, so they returned the next day; however, communication between crews was poor. The crew arrived approximately two hours late, and I had to call the company myself to find out where they were. The job was eventually completed, but the following morning I noticed water pooling next to the drain. I contacted the company again and was told by Jesse that a crew would be sent out at 10:00 a.m. the next morning. It has now been three days, and I have not heard back. I have called multiple times and left messages with no response. Overall, this lack of follow-up and communication has been very disappointing.
Oz came out initially on 1/21/26 in order to offer an estimate on my water heater. After seeking a few additional estimates i ultimately decided to get the repair done through Captain Rooter because Oz was very professional and responsive compared to his competitors. He took the return appointment on a short notice and addressed the repair in a very timely manner once onsite. I would highly recommend this company to others because of my experience with Oz.
