When contacting Care Contracting, Chris promptly responded to phone calls and e-communications and was able to answer all my questions and offered suggestions and kept me updated during the entire process of the entry door purchase and installation. Got a new patio door put in. The work was clean. There was an issue on the door from the manufacturer and they came out and took care of it. The door looks great. The only thing I’ll say is that there estimated start time and actual start time was off by a few hours, but outside of that very happy with the work.

I had them come out for an estimate and they creamed the competitor. I was a little nervous to go through them. They wanted a down payment and you just hear those horror stories. (Ps it's because they have to buy a special door so they need tour commitment). I did more research and they seemed legit so I bit the bullet. I'm so glad I did! It was an easy NO HASSLE process. After my special order door came in they installed it in like 1-1.5 hours. I didn't have to touch up my paint around it either. Door opens seamlessly and I flippin love it. No cool air is leaking in either. I can't complain! I'll be calling them foe all my future projects.

Window installers were a little late (due to an earlier job), but they worked quickly, did a wonderful job with the windows (9 in total), and cleaned up after themselves. And their price was the best I found out of 3 estimates by quite a bit.
