I would not recommend working with Mr Carlos Castillo. My experience is in the attached screenshot - when I was running a few minutes late to an estimate, the day after having a baby, he cancelled and said I was unprofessional.

Carlos and his team did a great job on my front yard. They were responsive, available quickly, and did a great job weeding, applying mulch and edging.
Carlos has been great to work with. He’s very friendly, professional, and always shows up even on short notice, which I really appreciate. He does an excellent job with the lawn every time and pays attention to detail. It’s hard to find someone reliable these days, but Carlos has been consistently dependable. Highly recommend him to anyone looking for quality lawn care service.
Carlos was professional, reliable, and punctual. He helped us remove old shrubs and plant new ones and made them neat and clean. Highly recommended! So glad we have found him.
Very professional work he did a wonderful job on our front yard and I'm very happy with everything!
I found Carlos on-line and decided to use his landscaping services based on the great reviews, and he didn’t disappoint. He replied promptly to correspondence, was on time, and did a great job including trimming, weeding, raking leaves, and putting down mulch - in short, everything needed for a typical Spring cleanup. I would highly recommend his services to anyone.
Carlos gave me an excellent price/deal on creating two new mulch beds. Additionally, he helped with mulching for existing mulch beds. He was punctual and had a good positive attitude throughout this task. He pulled out all the weeds, cleaned the mulch beds, and diligently completed the mulching work. I really liked his work and have shared his contact with my friends and colleagues. Will definitely call him again for my future gardening requirements.
They did a great job! And very punctual.
Carlos mulched our yard, took out some old bushes, and planted some new bushes. His work was very neat and professional! I highly recommend him for any of your yard projects.
Carlos was great mowing our lawn, showed up when he said he would, was very responsive and professional, and we look forward to continue using him for our lawn care needs!
