Company doesn’t really respond. They gave me a 2-hour window for arrival as I requested a quote. They showed up 30 minutes late with zero communication that they would be late. When they showed up, the person took pictures and said that they would have to talk to the people at the office and that I would have a quote by the end of the day — this never happen. It’s been three days and I still don’t have a quote. They won’t respond via text or call, and won’t respond on thumbtack. Probably should be a 1 star after this review…

Worst experience here in Thumbtack. I was so disappointed and frustrated when Sarah pressured me to pay right there and then 20 minutes after the work done. I get it when I need to pay after job is done but literally nagging me over the phone that you are waiting and will only give a minute to pay is way too much. No sense of customer service and lack of trust. Money motivated and very unprofessional. NO TO THIS BUSINESS AGAIN.

I had them come to install ceiling fans in my home and the work was exceptional. They were on time, did good clean installs, didn’t leave a mess, and the install looked like the house came with the ceiling fans already. Very good work and i would definitely recommend.
