Loved the flexibility with project planning and not forced product just for the business
Excellent job with the patio screen and good quality. Immediately responsive and finished within the day. I would definitely recommend Roy and his team
We're really happy with Carolina Backyard Living. The squirrel and my cats had taken out the original screening on my porch. Roy kept me updated from the quote to installation, and even with the heat and a rain delay, he stayed upbeat and did excellent work. We replaced the original with heavier pet screen. It looks great (virtually no visibility differences) and I expect it’ll handle both my indoor cats and the persistent squirrel outside.
I had my patio door screen replaced, and I couldn’t be happier with the service. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and responsive from start to finish. He answered all of my questions, showed up when promised, and completed the job efficiently with great attention to detail. The new screen looks fantastic, and the quality of the work exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend his services to anyone looking for reliable and professional screen repair or replacement.
Initially I'd asked for pet-resistant screen put in on my patio and there was some miscommunication about the exact type of screen we got. But once I brought it up, the company couldn't have been better about it: they came back out, replaced it with the correct pet-resistant screen at no charge, and made the whole thing easy. Mistakes happen, and what really matters is how a company handles them, these folks stepped up and did right by me. Happy to recommend.
