He was the first person responded and I gave him a job. I didn’t like what I saw after two hours so we settled with $100 cash. I am hiring other one to fix this.
Amazing job! My rugs are like new again!
Did not use proper equipment , carpet was not shampooed- it was sprayed and suctioned.. missed spots on grey couch, for the ivory couched some spots here tough so not sure if tried to brush or such .. fabric was ruined on few places.
I wish I had done this earlier! Wayne was on time and his work was excellent. He restretched our carpet and thoroughly cleaned it. I would hire him again!
Really appreciated means punctuality, and efficiency
Wayne did a fantastic job removing the carpet from one of my bedrooms. He was punctual, professional, and offered great value. I highly recommend his services.
Very efficient, professional and responsive. We pointed out a few areas that did not look right and he promptly came back and fixed it. Definitely will hire again.
I recently had my carpet removed, and I couldn't be more impressed with the service. The technician was incredibly professional, efficient, and courteous. He arrived on time, worked quickly but carefully, and left the space spotless. It's rare to find someone who takes such pride in their work. I highly recommend this service to anyone in need of carpet removal. Five stars!
Wayne was terrific. He was early and worked non-stop. Great job!
Needed carpet removed fast and he got it done very well in just 30min! Thank you !
I had carpet removed from a large bedroom and walk-in closet during an earlier project, and needed it put back. If it was a simple square room I might have tried it myself, but the odd shape and some other complexities made this beyond my DIY skills. All the box stores wanted to sell me new carpet, which made no sense for my situation (my dog and young kids are going to make a mess of it, so better to let the old carpet ride for a while longer). I’m glad I found Wayne. Wayne was responsive, punctual, and did a great job putting back the original carpet. He also cut holes for some new for vents and cleaned the carpet after it was done. He did exactly what I asked, and exactly what he said he would do, at a fair price that we agreed upon in advance. Thanks Wayne!
Very professional and responsive.
Wayne provided excellent service and did a fantastic job cleaning our carpets. I’ll definitely recommend him to friends!
"Sweep clean" Wayne Cook did an awesome job in quickly responding to my request and also came on time and completed carpet shampooing with great quality. I highly recommend his work and the company
Wayne was both responsive and professional! He did an outstanding job deep cleaning our couch, which hadn’t been thoroughly cleaned since we bought it three years ago. With two large dogs that shed constantly, our couch had accumulated water and drool stains. Wayne managed to remove all the stains and even eliminated any odors, making our couch look and smell like new! See before and after photos and be the judge for yourself! PS: The after photo is literally right when he left so the couch has not been put back together since it’s still drying.
We needed our carpet pulled back for work being done to our pipes. Wayne came out and quickly pulled the carpet back. He was professional, punctual, and quick. He then agreed to come back a week later to put the carpet back after the work was finished. He did a great job putting the carpet back. He helped fill in some uneven areas of the floor and even cleaned the carpets for a minimal extra fee. Very happy with the result! Carpets look better than before.
Thank you for cleaning my sofas and rugs. I am happy with your work and will recommend.
He did an excellent job on some of our old rugs ( we have kids and dogs) that needed a deep clean. He even cleaned one of our other rugs for free. Prompt, professional, and thorough, would definitely use their services again!
Pleasure to work with. Responsive, punctual, professional - great work with my carpet cleaning, stretching, repairing- can’t even tell there were major holes made by cats.
