I can't recommend Mark with Carr Comfort Solutions highly enough. He replaced the ductwork for my furnace and hot water heater, and the entire experience exceeded my expectations. During the installation, Mark discovered a gas leak and significant damage inside my furnace that could have become a serious safety issue. He took the time to explain everything clearly, showed me exactly what he found, and completed the necessary repairs that very same day. Mark is an excellent communicator, incredibly knowledgeable, and takes real pride in his work. He arrived on time, kept me informed throughout the entire process, and made sure everything was completed correctly before he left. It's rare to find someone who is both highly skilled and genuinely committed to doing the job right.

Hi, I commissioned Mark's services for the first time and was very pleased. He arrived at my home ready to work. He installed a baby gate for our Trex deck, and it turned out great!
Jeff connected my new gas dryer, cut the hole larger for the dryer vent and replaced a washer valve. He was very courteous and polite. Job well done
Working with Carr was an absolute pleasure! He is a true professional, incredibly kind, and just an all-around great guy. His energy and work ethic as a young professional are deeply impressive.
