Our shower faucet was leak leaking which meant the cartridge needed to be replaced. Also the diverter needed to be replaced, he proceeded with the replacement and what felt that should’ve been an hour hour and a half work turned into five hours plus material cost plus a whole in my wall. Charging so much money and can’t repair the wall seems like a bad value. Basically leaving this in worse condition.

i sent this picture before hand so you charge me 150 for a job that you could never comeback o sent you photo but you thought i didn’t understand you need a lot so his original quote was 175 with every thing why si i pay 159 downs a job that we both know needed more
He was responsive and not only realized I had been sold the wrong part but caught a eroded part and went and got the correct part and did quick repair. I would hire him again. He wanted Venmo, debit card, or cash; not a check or credit card.
Matt was super helpful in getting a few small tasks on a bathroom including replacement of a shower handle and troubleshooting and repair of a leaky faucet so I didn't need to replace it. Work was done quickly, would hire him again
We scheduled an appointment and they were a no-show. I messaged them several times asking for an ETA but they didn’t respond. Now I’m forced to hire another pro. I cannot recommend based on this experience.
He did come out but could not clear my clogged drain, he still charged full price, which i get, but he broke a snake and left it in the drain line and did not reattach any of my plumbing drain lines as well as re-secure the bowl to the vanity. I felt this was unprofessional of him. If you can't fix the problem at least put the sink back correctly. I won't be calling or recommending him.
Matt was polite and professional, he came prepared and fixed my issue in 20 minutes. He explained everything he did clearly and on easy to understand terms. I would definitely hire him again. Highly recommend.
I hired Matt to replace a toilet with new one for which he asked 150$ but then he changed the valve and some connecting pipe in his own and charged 195 instead. He was professional in his work, cleaned after but price was a surprise.

Unfortunately, he was hired to tighten the shower knob, and it came off less than 24 hours after he completed the job, did not refund any of the $150 he was paid.
How can Carroll improve you ask? by honoring their time and day commitment. Initially scheduled 3 days out which was fine but then didn’t call our tenant or go by on our initial scheduled day and wanted to reschedule for another 6 days out. Had I known from the start I would’ve found another plumber all together. Will not use again or recommend.

Matt did a great job replacing my garbage disposal. It was tricky with the previous copper pipe being completely corroded and breaking off IN the existing pipe. But Matt was up for the task and got it done pronto. Many thanks Matt!
Five stars. Very responsive and easy to schedule. Had a new faucet and garbage disposal installed. The plumbing work appears top notch. They worked around an apparent issue with our old plumbing and 1950s electrical. Would recommend and use again.
