These guys were great! Very professional & went above and beyond! I would definitely use them again & highly recommend !!
We had these guys move a piano, stairs included in load. They were prompt, professional, friendly and courteous. These guys had the piano downstairs and loaded like it was nothing! Piano moved a couple of miles down the road unloaded and finished in 30 minutes. Would recommend and definitely will use again if needed.
They worked hard but never resolved an issue regarding my furniture.
I did a local move in Charlottesville, and I highly recommend CarryGoMovers. They were extremely flexible with adjusting my move date twice to make sure I was in my new place before the snowstorm. On both the pick-up and delivery, they were very communicative about any adjustments that needed to be made. Moves are always stressful, so having a team that takes pride in what they do gave me so much peace of mind. Thanks again!
These guys did an awesome job and were quick and efficient. Will use them again in the future
The team did an excellent job! They worked efficiently to move all our furniture, packaging materials, and even the IKEA boxes stored in the garage. Everything was handled with great care and organization, and the movers were very responsive and easy to communicate with throughout the process. To be an even more professional team, it would be helpful if they could provide extra protection for large furniture pieces and be a bit more careful with the bed ensembles—perhaps letting customers know in advance about any potential issues during disassembly or reassembly. Overall, we’re very satisfied with their service and would definitely recommend them!
Charles and Zu, the owners of CarryGoMovers were very responsive. Did what they said they were going to do and arrived on-time. During the move our TV was damaged and it had to be replaced. We came to a compromise that both parties accepted to replace the TV. CarryGoMovers showed professionalism and kindness throughout. May God Bless You Guys!
The boys showed up and did a complicated apartment to townhome move for me and my wife. First off, these are some strong dudes! They got everything moved in where it was supposed to go and were really funny as well. Couple scrapes on some furniture which was practically unavoidable but otherwise great work.
I had a great experience with Carry Go movers. These guys are fantastic and I highly recommend them. They were so pleasant, punctual, professional, and willing to help with little notice. I used them on 2 different occasions to move large pieces of furniture up a steep staircase that had been delivered and left outside at the bottom of my steps. These guys came to help after finishing another job that took all day. 5 stars!!
