Cascade did amazing work for our small kitchenette! We were so impressed with their quick work, knowledge, and craftsmanship. They fit us into their schedule within the same week and it was done in a few short hours. I would recommend them for any countertop project!

We decided to try to get new countertops and knew little about the project, so we talked to alot of contractors and had a lot of bids generated. Kenny stuck out because he contacted us twice about the bid he provided and he helped get things more within our budget. We have beautiful quartz countertops now with a full matching backsplash and it adds a lot to our home. He was very helpful throughout the process and detail orientated. I would recommend him to you!
Had a bar countertop cut back in place and the whole process was very smooth and super happy with quality of work. They also took the time to minimize dust which I really appreciated. Definitely will use again if I ever have a need
Kenny responded to my inquiry about fixing our under counter kitchen sink that had come loose from the Corian. The bid was a reasonable price and we were scheduled for the same week (and on a Saturday). The workman arrived promptly and did the work carefully and quickly. He was happy to explain the process and aftercare. We received a follow-up email to make sure everything went well and payment was easy. Thanks to Cascade Countertops!
The person was just rude and impatient for no reason.
Great work done by team. Kenny was quick to fit me in his schedule and get the work done. I had to get my countertop cutout depth increased for my new gas cooktop.
Awesome experience fixing my countertop debts. Endured the color match as much as possible. Very professional team!
Kenny was communicative and provided a quality product at a competitive price. I appreciated the fact that he provided everything needed to start and complete the project, including a plumber.
Kenny was very professional, communicative and flexible. The price was very fair and I am happy with the final results. The installer was also very kind and professional. He misunderstood that we wanted the same material for the backsplash and came back early the next morning to make it happen so it would be ready before we had guests arriving. I really appreciated the extra effort! Would highly recommend.
Had a chip in our quartz counter which Slice helped us repair quickly and beautifully. Can’t tell there was ever any damage. Highly recommend!
We hired him but he has not responded since taking measurements and the deposit money several days ago
Our old marble fireplace had chips and cracks. They offered a reasonable estimate for repair, did a nice job filling with epoxy, polishing, etc. They had to come back to do some repolishing as some areas looked faded after drying up, but they were prompt to respond and address it with no additional costs. I would recommend them for any granite, marble work/repair needed.
Had all new quartz counters installed along with sinks and faucets. Cascade did a terrific job and we’ll be looking into doing more business with them in the future!
Great service and value! Sice did a perfect job cutting my countertop to fit my new oven. Thank you!
Great job at a fair price. Without hesitation would use again.
Kenny and his team did an excellent job on a kitchen remodel. From the quoting/planning process to executing the job they were professional, responsive, and delivered a high level of quality. I highly recommend Cascade Countertops.
Big thanks to Cascade Countertops! Super friendly, efficient, and great work. Helped me to drill a hole in the kitchen countertop to install a water filter and did an awesome job. Sice was on time, he communicated what will be done clearly and completely the work quickly, made sure to clean afterwards. I highly recommend Cascade Countertops team.
Kenny and his team were super responsive to all initial questions regarding my project. In addition to his great communication and professionalism, Kenny completed our project within a faster timeline than I originally had scoped and the end result was perfect. Would highly recommend Cascade Countertops and would also use again for future projects.
I hired Cascade counter top to grout the counters in my kitchen since water was leaking under sink when I was washing pots and pans. They gave me a quote and said they will do the whole kitchen. The person they sent did a very sloppy job. To start with, he did not do the whole kitchen. He left out parts of the kitchen which he considered was "not high traffic". Also the person only patched the problem areas instead of doing the whole kitchen. I already told Kenny about it but he never did anything about it. If you look closely in the pictures, the extra white is the new work done by Cascade Counter tops and the grayish is the old grout. Initially it looked like there was no leak but after few days, the silicone that was used started cracking. The leak was back within a week. I reached out to Cascade counter tops again and told them. I tried to be very patient with them but they took advantage of being nice. They never sent a person and started ghosting me. I had to pay someone else to fix it. Finally Cascade Counter tops reached out to me after the issue was fixed.
I absolutely loved working with Kenny and his team on the finishing touches of our kitchen renovation. The process was seamless, clear, and incredibly easy. Start to finish we replaced the countertops, sink, faucet, and backsplash all within a week. I would definitely recommend Kenny for future projects, and will likely be reaching out to him again next year as we move onto the next project! :)
