Hired Cascade Services LLC in July to install a heat pump in Harpers Ferry, WV. Both before and after the job, they promised to supply proof of warranty documentation. Despite multiple follow-up requests, they completely stopped communicating, forcing me to escalate the issue through Thumbtack to get any response. I do not recommend them—their lack of follow-through and broken commitments put my equipment warranty at risk.

Cascade Services delivers A+++ quality. I had two AC units fail on me during the July 4th weekend of 2026 where heat was over 106 degrees Fahrenheit. Erik and Ricky promptly came out and diagnosed the issues. One AC unit had a blown out capacity and unplugged wire which they replaced. The other AC unit had some wires that were exposed because a mouse chewed through it. It took 1.5hr and they fixed it fast and for an extremely reasonable price. Thank you Cascades Services!!

After another company canceled on my Christmas lights install 2 times, Cascade Services arrived same day and completed the install! 10/10 would recommend!
Eric and his assistant failed to follow through over two days and ghosted us on fixing tepid water after installing a new hot water tank for $477. His next day incorrect diagnostics determined the upper thermostat was bad that the manufacturer switched out for free and did ourselves which Eric wanted an additional $95 for. Eric denied any installation errors or possible “dry fire” and made himself virtually unavailable and out of town to help us any further despite still being without hot water. We had to call him from a second phone when he didn’t answer texts from the first one used when hired about the ongoing unresolved problem. Consequently we had to continue to try to resolve it ourselves. Fortunately the manufacturer replaced the heating rods again for free and have had consistent hot water since. As suspected, we found the upper rod was burnt out as seen in the attached pic. You can draw your own conclusions, but we have ours to never again hire Cascade Services nor recommend others to either.
