Avoid if you don't want to be worried about possible liens on your house. Hired him for closet/cabinetry work and pool work at our home. We paid for the closet installation. More than a year later it still is not finished. A drawer was never assembled and installed, hanger rods were not installed, and a hole in the wall from the work was left open. I had to go to the supplier myself to get missing parts. I asked many times for him to come finish it. It still is not done. I received a letter from a pool subcontractor dated 9/9, about two months after final inspection, saying he had not been paid after we had already paid the contractor. That payment issue was later resolved. Update: Casella asked me to remove my review and offered to complete the remaining work, which should have been done anyway. The closet work is still not complete as of this writing. I would not hire him again.

I had a very frustrating experience with this company. They scheduled a time to provide me with a quote, and both my tenant and I took time off work to meet with them. Unfortunately, they did not show up. To make matters worse, I tried reaching out, but received no response. It’s incredibly disappointing to rely on a company that lacks basic communication and commitment, especially after making adjustments to our schedules. I would not recommend them based on my experience. If you’re looking for reliable service, I suggest looking elsewhere.
Two ladies arrived when expected and did a great job for us ... the house has been having some renovations so the amount of extra dirt was significant. They left a short time ago and I haven't had a chance to look closely at everything, however, I would venture to guess that it was all done to my complete satisfaction!
Great company, they came out with 2 people and did a deep cleaning that was wonderful! My house sparkles and my wife is so happy with them! I would recommend for a good professional deep cleaning!

No show after full payment. After numerous messages back and forth and a negative review they finally showed the next day and at that time did a good job, missed a few things but offered to return to fix them. It was very inconvenient since we were in the process of moving out.
I’ve never had a cleaning crew as thorough and punctual as Casella cleaning. Hoping to keep them around for years.
I originally gave them five stars that was before going through the house. They were laid and I kind of gave them a bypass on that, then I had to remind them four times to dust the windowsills, I finally wound up doing that myself. Finally after they left I went into the bathroom and my toilet bowl was still filthy. I sent them an email with the pictures, no response. I texted them again the next day asking why I had no response and I got no response again. It’s just not going to work if somebody’s not willing to call me and apologize for something I found or for the quality of their work I just can’t deal with them.
