Reviews
Movers showed up exactly on time with a nice big truck ready, willing and able to work. The office staff was very responsive and on top of scheduling, etc.
I very much appreciate the service and would recommend them
Quote Change With No Notice regarding my reservation and pricing. I was initially quoted a total for this trip, and when I returned the next morning to submit the deposit, I was informed that an additional $700–$800 had been added to the cost. What’s concerning is that there were no changes to the details of the trip, and this increase was not communicated to me in advance. From my perspective, adjusting pricing without explanation or prior notice is not only confusing, but also reflects poor business practice and customer service. I’m open to understanding if there’s a legitimate reason for the change, but I would have appreciated a clear explanation and a resolution that reflects the original agreement or quote provided and not just changing it without communication.
The 2 gentlemen who took care of my move were great. Quick, careful, friendly, helpful to me as a senior widow.
Caseys Movers arrived right when they said they would. They then very quickly and efficiently packed, moved and unloaded, all my stuff with no damage or issues. The whole process went exactly how I was hoping it would.
Joe and Julian we fast, easy to work with and very kind.
Couldn’t have asked for a better company to handle my extensive long distance move. The entire team has the best procedures and not a single dent or scratch in site. I very highly recommend!
If I could click more of the positive descriptions I would. They wrapped up my large items and hustled. They finished my move in record time and no issues. They also were willing to take my calls and answer any questions I had. Couldn’t happier. If I move again I’ll used them again.
Caseys showed up on time and ready to go. The movers worked diligently and there were no issues that I've noticed. The office team was very responsive as well. Would use again!
Very prompt and quick in moving our furniture. I appreciated how they took care to cover the doorways with moving blankets to prevent scratches. And, when one small dent occurred due to moving a heavy desk, Casey came by to fix it the day after.
These guys were very efficient, professional and courteous. I only needed heavy things moved but the experience I had with them makes me wish I would of hired them for the whole move. Great job, would definitely use again.
