About Cashmere Movements
Cashmere Movements is a NYC-based moving and disposal company serving Brooklyn, Manhattan, Queens, the Bronx, Staten Island, New Jersey, and Connecticut. We specialize in full moves, brownstones, deliveries, and disposals where timing, care, and communication really matter. The company started by transporting medical supplies for NYC Health & Hospitals (HHC), where precision and reliability were non-negotiable. That same standard now guides every move, delivery, donation drop-off, and junk removal we handle across the Tri-State. Before we arrive, all items must be clearly drained, disconnected, and ready to go so we can work efficiently and keep your schedule on track. If your building requires a Certificate of Insurance (COI), we can provide one for an additional fee. We also use “flat level” to describe access with no stairs, so pricing stays fair and transparent. Services include: • Apartment and house moves across NYC, NJ, & CT • Furniture and product deliveries • Donation drop-offs • Junk removal and disposal services Service terms: • 2-hour minimum per job • $50/hour for each additional mover • Additional costs may include tolls, stairs, platform fees, COI fees, and applicable taxes • All deposits are non-refundable Full Terms & Conditions: cashmeremovements.pplx.app/terms Book with confidence—let’s create your next Cashmere Moment.

Great moving experience. Needed help with bigger items and they were super efficient. Very responsive and flexible too with my scheduling. Would recommend!
“What sold me was the honest quote. They gave me a flat price up front and that was exactly what I paid at the end, no surprises Quick stress free. Confirmed when arrived at destination
Great experience! They were responsive, flexible with scheduling, and did excellent work. The move went smoothly, and they handled everything professionally. I would definitely recommend them and use them again.
Responded right away for a rush job and showed up exactly on time. Would definitely hire again
This was a difficult task that took some extra handling to get done, the rate was affordable, the pivot when the plan changed was really appreciated. Highly recommend!
They quickly responded to discuss my needs. Pricing was reasonable and they were a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend
So responsive and flexible! Excited to hire them again.
Cashmere movements did a great job! They were quick, efficient, and got the job done. Highly recommend. Thank you.
Mike was great, on time and fast! Great value for money
These movers are the most unprofessional, inexperienced people I’ve ever hired. Not only were they rude, horrible communication, but they broke several of my furniture. They cracked my glass aquarium, broke my bed frame, and broke the inside shelf of the aquarium base. They charged me $480 for 3 hours even though it was only supposed to be an hour and they took their sweet ass time. The truck left earlier than I did and they were still late. They threw everything on the ground on the street and handled everything with no care at all. One of them had headphones on the whole time and wasn’t paying attention. A new tank will cost me $1500. Absolutely unbelievable. Stay away from them!!
Michael helped move a few pieces of furniture and everything went great! Highly recommend.
Cashmere Movements was efficient, timely, and prepared. I had to move a bar cabinet from Williamsburg to Flatiron. There were no hiccups, they showed up right at my door on time and with the piece of furniture intact. Very happy with my experience!
CM provided help to unload and move in my apartment with less than 24 hrs notice. Movers were professional. Great overall service. Thank you, CM.
Michael was amazing! He answered my request immediately and was able to help same day!!
Michael was really helpful and thorough.
Great crew! Michael and his team helped coordinate a furniture move from my parents home to ours and was super communicative with all involved. Quick, professional and caring. Will definitely use them again!
Put out the bat call for a mover needed RIGHT away for a beautiful an oversized mirror that was a smidgen to large to fit in my SUV & Michael showed up right away! He did not waste time loading and securing the mirror and delivered it promptly to my gone way on the other side of the city at the far end of another borough. He insisted on helping unload and didn't jack up the price for the little time we went over. He was extremely prompt and professional and gave me a fair price right away with no haggling like the rest of the companies that called and texted right away with inflated prices initially. Great service, will definitely be using this moving service again!
