He did a good job with the initial work, and I was happy with the quality. However, when I hired him for another job, he quoted me a price, and we agreed on it beforehand. After completing the work, he charged me an additional $25 without discussing it with me first. It’s not about the extra $25; it’s about honoring the agreed-upon price and maintaining trust. My recommendation: If you decide to hire him, make sure the final price is clearly agreed upon in writing before the work begins. my experience with the pricing left me disappointed, and I wouldn’t hire him again

Bryan is great. I had excavation and patio work done. The project was done quickly and while respecting HOA restrictions. Will hire again.
