Charlie came out and gave an estimate. He was professional and on time. We agreed on a price and a start time. He responded quickly to text messages. Showed up on time and did a great job. He replaced my 14x20ft deck in just one day. Kept the frame and replaced all top and side boards

I reached out to Charlie after a wind storm blew over my rotting fence. Charlie was quick to respond and was able to fit me in quickly! I am very pleased with his work.

We are thrilled that we found Charlie and company. Charlie was very quick to assess our deck and was very honest and thorough in his evaluation. They did a wonderful job re-doing our deck and we will absolutely be using them again for future house projects. Following the project, Charlie was genuinely proud to show us the job that they did, and for good reason. They really care about helping people, and the proof is in their work and reasonable price. First few photos are prior to, and last two are from after the job!

I contacted CastlePro Remodeling to install vinyl flooring in a single 320 sq. ft. room. The carpet had already been removed, so it was a simple job that could’ve been done in just a few hours. Charlie came for an estimate and quoted me $2,000. I sent him a photo of the exact color I wanted, but he came back with samples that weren’t even close. He also took my reducer strip to match the color and never returned it. He told me he’d come the next day to start, and then suddenly texted that the job “wasn’t worth it” and backed out. No explanation, no courtesy just left me hanging. I ended up buying the flooring myself for $1,000 and did the entire job on my own. This experience was extremely unprofessional. I do not recommend working with him. If he thought the job wasn’t worth it, he could’ve said that before wasting my time.

Was a extended repair took little more time than planned but work was good

Charlie takes pride in his work. He was extending the deck in our backyard. He made sure his addition integrated well with the existing deck. He is very responsive. After a few days of enjoying our new deck, we noticed a slight slant in the railings. I texted him, and he came the next day to fix it.

Charlie and his crew were amazing! I reached out through this app to find a handyman. Charlie responded immediately and was able to get me scheduled quickly. His crew showed up on time each day and worked diligently each time. They took down a bulkhead and cabinets, made a case opening, did rewiring, and took down old wood paneling and replaced with dry wall. I was very pleased with his work and plan to hire him for more projects later this year. If I could give him 10 stars, I would!

Charlie and his team did fantastic work on an under the stairs closet. They installed framing, put up drywall, put in a light with a switch, installed flooring and did the baseboard/trim. They finished up a day earlier than quoted, were reasonably priced, were very courteous and respectful, and cleaned up after the work. The work quality was great. We would definitely hire Castlepro Remodeling LLC again for another project.

Charlie is extremely easy to work with. He is professional, and made sure we understood what was needed for the project. He visited the house to check the area, gave a reasonable estimate and gave us a plan. This was our first chandelier to be installed and he helped us through every step. He is kind, responsive, and respectful of the house. Would definitely hire his company again for future projects!
