It was my first time hiring a chef and Catherine made the experience wonderful. She was super responsive and a pleasure to work with! I was initially unsure of the direction I wanted to go with for the menu, and she gave me great menu suggestions for our special night. Catherine made sure the menu was cohesive and well balanced. She was also super flexible with requested menu adjustments to fit our needs. She really made our Valentine’s Day special! Everything she made tasted amazing! I would definitely recommend her, you won’t be disappointed!!

Growing up in New York City, I’ve always been surrounded by a dynamic food culture. I began cooking professionally in my sophomore year of college, at a one-star Michelin restaurant in Brooklyn. I loved the work so much, I then transferred to a Bachelor’s program at the Culinary Institute of America, where I studied until 2021. I completed my culinary internship at a three-star Michelin restaurant in San Sebastián, a city known for being one of the culinary wonders of the world. Since returning home to NYC, I’ve worked at a number of top restaurants across Manhattan and Brooklyn. I have an abundance of culinary expertise that I would be thrilled to share with you and your family.
