At C.B Electric, I talked to a very nice, very professional young man who was able to solve my problem over the phone without trying to rip me off or show up and charge me for something that he was able to walk me through to determine how to determine the problem myself. This is very unusual and has made me a customer for life with C.B Electric. Specifically, Charles was the one who helped me. Thank you!
