They were very nice but unfortunately never got back to me to schedule. Also recommended them to neighbor and never responded to them. Ended up going with someone else.

Tony did an amazing job on remodeling the inside of my bedroom closet always on time and takes his time so he can give you an excellent job well done
A neighbor's tree fell on our fence, taking out a couple of panels. CBI was responsive, did the work I think within a couple of days after contacting them. Was easy, quick and as affordable as can be for something like this.
Brian showed up on time and completed the work with no fuss. Nice guy!
The installation of my railings went very well and were done beautifully.
Mike was great. He worked carefully and efficiently to make sure the job was done right and in a timely manner. He is a consummate professional with a deep level of knowledge. I give my fullest recommendation to Mike’s company.
Mike was a breathe of fresh air. He was confronted with some problems in the instalation, reacted professionally, quickly overcame the problem , and made me a happy senior customer. Would highly recommend this professional
Did a quick and quality job in time.

Maurice was the worker who did amazing job. He even completed the job while it was snowing outside
Got the job done!
Fantastic
Due to the cold weather, my outdoor spigot burst causing some water leaking in the basement. I found Mike on Thumbtack and he quickly responded to my issue. He arrived at the time he said he would, quickly diagnosed the issue and was able to gather all the necessary items to fix the problem in a short amount of time. I would recommend him to family and friends and will go with him for future repairs. Thanks Mike!
I hired this company to finish drywalling a single wall in my garage. My local inspector wanted the whole wall sealed off with 5/8" fire rated drywall. To do this, I figured that I would hire professionals, since I have zero experience. I am glad this was my garage, and not my living room. The workmanship was terrible. The edges were terrible. Also, when I went to finish the wall and paint, I found that he didn't continue the drywall all the way up the rafters joists in some places. His cuts were off, and he hid the fact by pulling down the fiberglass insulation to cover the gaps. I had expected the work to be left with a clean skim of mud on the seams that would have required minor sanding on my part. That was not the case. There were chunks on the wall and was just plain terrible. I paid just shy of a thousand dollars, and was extremely unhappy. I sent photos to the office and the owner called me. He wanted to make it right. I appreciated that. He came and spent a bunch of hours trying to improve the work. He came to the conclusion that the edges were so bad, standard metal edging was not going to work. He asked if he could send out his best guy to fix it by placing trim on the edges. I felt that was reasonable. Not what I originally expected, but, shy of ripping it off, and starting over, (which my wife was telling me to have done), I felt this had to be an improvement. His top guy came out. Nice guy. So is the owner by the way. He waxed on to me about how meticulous he is, and how he does everything right, not just "better". It was a great way to set himself up for failure. The trim pieces were the most plain, cheapest looking strips of fake wood. They were rectangular half inch by maybe 3 inch pieces. He did not miter cut where they met. Nor did he do all of the edges to create the illusion of "that's how I wanted it to look". The drywall edges were so bad (again, I kept hearing my wife in my head saying to start over) that the gaps around the trim really made it almost look worse. I had to buy a tube of white caulk and fill the gaps to visually hide the gaps. Mr Meticulous should have done that. When he was done, and he asked what I thought, I just looked over my wall. As I am distracted by the terrible trim work that my 7th grade shop teacher would have failed me for, I could clearly see a hole up where the drywall should have been attached to a rafter. It was caused by a poor measurement of a piece of drywall. It was where 2 pieces met, and the void was larger than an Eisenhower Dollar. I had him go up and patch it. I found 2 more spots after he left. I guess I should also mention the globs of mud all over my floor after the 1st guy, and the last guy. The owner in between was good at cleaning up after himself. Plus there were several drywall screws found across my floor after the first guy. I found them after I pulled my cars in. Fortunately I didn't get any of them in my tires. I am adding pictures of the job being done after the first guy, and them pictures of how it looked after being resolved. I would have left 1 star after the first guy. I am giving 3 stars more on the effort of the owner to make me happy, than I am on the work itself. Look at the pictures and ask yourself if you paid $950 to finish a wall that already had 4 sheets up, would you be happy? The last photo is to show the difference a bead of caulk makes. Yes. I did that bead. Not them.
I honestly think hiring CBI was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made! From start to finish, every interaction I had with Connie, Mike, and Jeff was fantastic. Connie, the customer service representative, was the most punctual, professional, and warm person I’ve dealt with in a long time. She listened to me, was incredibly kind, confident, and made the whole process feel easy and stress‑free. Mike came out to give the estimate. I have to admit, when he called to say he was on the way, I had just gotten three spam calls in a row and answered a little short with him—but he stayed completely professional and friendly. Once he arrived, he walked me through what I envisioned, explained the reality versus expectations, and gave me a realistic quote without any fluff. He clearly knew his stuff, and that gave me total confidence to move forward. Connie quickly sent over the proposal, and I signed right away! Then came Jeff to do the work—and OMG, he was a hoot! Not only was he incredibly professional and ahead of schedule, but he was also such a pleasure to chat with during little breaks. We shared stories, laughed a lot, and swapped some great tips and knowledge. By the time the job was done, I was thrilled with my build but honestly a little sad to see him go. If you’re thinking about hiring CBI—DO IT. You won’t regret it. This crew delivers professionalism, skill, and genuine kindness from start to finish.
The tech Raheem was punctual, and professional. Very polite and did quality work. Thanks Raheem and CB.
