Go out of business! They left my lower deck looking like this. The guy that they sent out called them crooks and almost didn't get paid. I asked for my deck to be made safe and this is how they left it. What he wrote in the contract vs what was said were completely different and I missed it. They fixed the middle deck but completely didn't do the lower one. The contract only called for fixing the middle deck plus a 6x6 on the lower. I missed the lower deck part. I never would have agreed to this He threatened me when I didn't pay him. I still think he might do something to me or my family. Stay away!

Incredible. Had an emergency late Friday night. They responded immediately, came out Saturday, did an extremely professional job. Took the time to explain what happened and why. Couldn’t ask for better service.
It's unfortunate that I had to change my rating from 5 stars to 2, but it's warranted. I was talked into giving 5 stars and paying before the job was done. This has happened to me twice on Thumbtack. I'm done. Brett Dove did a great job with replacing the wood, but he needs someone to teach him how to stain and follow up on his promises.
Great job
