Not impressed. Poor communication. Change in prices upon arrival. Paid to evaluate a double oven microwave and he doesn’t even know how to work on double ovens. He dissembled my microwave partially and destroyed the screws to hold it in place didn’t even replace it. Even scratched up the surrounding surface with his tools. Will Upload photos. He acknowledged it was his fault, left my microwave in worse shape and pocketed his evaluation fees. Bad business. Wouldn’t recommend save urself the headache.

I hired Cliff for the job, he diagnosed the problem incorrectly said he would come back the next day to fix it charged me 200 bucks and I’ve been asking for a refund ever since he does not respond to my phone calls or my messages on this app this is by far the worst service I have ever received and I was scammed out of my money. I have two kids, and I do not have a working dryer I am literally driving to the laundromat with wet clothes and a baby on my hip just to dry my clothes! and to make matters worse, he left my dryer in pieces literally!even the barrel is out of place
