Contacted this company urgently, bout a new mobile home and tried to restore the carpet but was told it wasn’t worth cleaning I should replace it. They tried a spot found some holes and then called me and told me since they found little holes in wouldn’t be worth saving. I understood and they told me that they would be giving me a refund back. I’ve been going back and forth about my refund since they didn’t proceed with cleaning the carpet. This is so frustrating because it’s almost as if this was a scam, I work for a billing office and I know refunds can take some time but the fact that the company can even guarantee that there is a refund on the way and then proceeds to ask for my Venmo and still no refund or message. By the way it was $387
Initially, the communication was great. However after an understandable reschedule for a new home move-in deep clean, we were underwhelmed for the price. Dust on blinds and cabinets, kitchen was mostly untouched… it seems like we paid over $500 for a vacuum and mop. Other cleaners quoted us cheaper for two people cleaning, but it seems apparent we only had one person for 4-5 hours. Mentioned this to them via text and was replied with a confirmation for another appt from (I assume) a bot. So I’m now here writing a review.
My cleaner didn't clean the bedroom or living room. I had told her don't do the bathroom because there was some work I needed my maintenance man to check but she cleaned it anyway. I had some laundry on the floor which I said to ignore (I was sorting through it) but the rest needs done. The kitchen, which was the worst, I said to do first, I was ignored on that. The job itself was good just disappointed that there was more to do.
