Was quick, responsive, and seemed knowledgeable. However, I was charged more than the quoted cost and only performed a visual inspection. Also would not provide an official report of his findings. Only provided an email summary of the visit. For full price, I would expect a comprehensive and official assessment with an official report of the findings. Service was not worth the money.
