Didn't have all the before photos, but looks great after! (I still have to paint after it dries) Good as new! Extremely polite and professional; communicated well over the phone. Would recommend Carlos to everyone!
Carlos from Celaya is personable and respectful, and I really wanted to have a better experience. Unfortunately, the project was affected by repeated delays, unclear communication about portions of the scope, and ultimately concerns with the finished work. The original job took longer than the timelines communicated to me, and there was some confusion about what finishing/painting was included. I also paid an additional $400 for patch repairs around the home. Several of those repairs remained noticeably visible afterward, with relatively small areas becoming much larger and more noticeable after the touch-up work. I understand that matching existing paint can be difficult, and I gave Carlos the opportunity to inspect the work in person. He came out, agreed that he would return to finish the painting, and told me he would come Saturday. Unfortunately, he did not show up and did not contact me to say he wasn’t coming. I tried to be flexible throughout the project, including when I added work, and I paid all agreed amounts in full. My biggest frustration was not that unexpected issues arose, but the repeated difficulty with timelines, communication, and follow-through. After giving multiple opportunities to resolve the remaining issues, I’ve decided to have the work completed elsewhere.
Carlos did a great job on my drywall repair and paint work. He went above an beyond when a couple mold and infestation issues were found, and quickly mitigated them. His communication was fantastic during the job, and he was personable throughout. Thanks again!
I had an amazing experience with Celaya Drywall Services . They were extremely professional, communicated well, and delivered high quality work. They even went above and beyond what I expected. From start to finish, they were reliable, respectful of my home, and completed the job with great attention to detail. I’m truly happy with the results and would definitely recommend them to anyone needing drywall work
Celaya did a great job on our drywall repairs. The crew arrived on time and got the work done in a single day. Highly recommended!
Carlos was very nice and did a great job! I had a dining area I was wanting to close off and make into an office and he was able to do that. Love my new space! Very reasonable pricing
Carlos was extremely patient and calm. He was aware of the things I needed completed. I feel like his prices were fair. I got other estimates, Carlos was along the same price point. He was extremely organized and helpful.
I want to say I am extremely happy and grateful to Thumbtack for having Celaya Drywall as one of pros to choose from. They took a garage ceiling (before and after pics provided) that was falling to pieces and turned it into a ceiling my husband and I can finally look up at and drive under without the fear of drywall falling on us or our vehicles. The gentlemen with Celaya were professional, friendly, hardworking and precise at what they do. We are extremely happy to have hired them and planning to hire them to do more projects at our home. We would recommend them to anyone seeking a dependable professional company that makes sure the job is done right and the customer is satisfied with their work. Great team and looking forward to working with them again!!
Carlos and his team did a great job hanging, taping, floating and texturing a New construction project for me even during freezing weather and worked hard through the holidays. They go above and beyond to get the job done. I will highly recommend him moving forward and already have another full project lined up for them! Great work! 👍🏻
Carlos and his team did an amazing job on my garage. The quality of their work is excellent at a very fair price. If you need a drywall person I would definitely recommend these guys. I will reach out again with these guys in the future for any drywall work needed.
These guys were amazing, the quality of their work is second to none. I’ve been a general contractor for over 20 years and they did level 4 drywall install and finish in my home and it’s the best I’ve seen. The price they gave me was very fair and competitive. They also help me out and repaired a few drywall holes that my electrician made while installing outlets and can lights. They’re responsive and professional. You will not be disappointed if you hire these guys.
Great work and arrived promptly and got the job done quickly and looks great. Attached are before then after photos.
