I really appreciate the time and effort Rick put into helping me with the mice issue in my home. He took the time to actually listen to my concerns, thoroughly inspect everything, and explain what he was doing and what needed to be done. I had been dealing with this issue for a while and struggled to get my apartment complex to properly address my concerns. Rick was able to come out as soon as possible and took the situation seriously, which meant a lot to me. He was very professional, knowledgeable, patient, and thorough. He clearly knows what he’s doing and what he’s talking about, and I felt confident in the information and guidance he provided. I never felt like my concerns were being dismissed or overlooked. It’s refreshing to have someone who genuinely listens, takes pride in their work, and actually makes an effort to address the problem. I’m very grateful for his time and help. I highly recommend Rick to anyone who needs pest control services handled promptly and professionally. You can tell he has the knowledge and experience to get the job done right!
