Reviews
The contractor called to schedule work and showed up for the work. Unable to comment how it was done as I was not on-site. They came back for a second round of treatment, which shows good customer service and ownership of work. Trustworthy contractor.
Jonathan was awesome! We will use them again for sure when needed.
Justin was great. Came out and assessed the situation, told me the plan, and executed it. Very professional.
They were very good. And took their service for 6 six months.
My house was overwhelmed with cockroaches and these guys did a great job getting rid of them
This pro came and walked the property for inspection then went into crawl space. He was able to find the issue - a kitten had died and it was in the vent. He removed it and fixed broken vent. The appointment was quick and the tech was nice and professional and it was also nice to know he lives and is from my area. I would recommend and hire again.
Messaged through this app for both appointment conformation as well as appointment details (if they can provide the pest report I needed for the sale of my home), no response other than asking for my cross street. I even provided my phone number with no response. I decided to cancel my “appointment” and go with another company.
I needed someone to come out right away and he was able to be there within a couple of days (only due to Thanksgiving holiday).
We had an urgent appointment request that they were able to fit in, for taking care of a few wasps found inside the condo. The young man came on time and took care of the vents and any possible areas they might use to come inside the home. Will definitely recommend in the future.
