Reviews
Jamie communicated with me on arrival time. Got right to work and submitted the report as he stated he would. He was very personable and professional, and should the need arise, I would hire him again. I highly recommend as price was also very reasonable.
I did not do the inspection with him but he sent a report the next day with all of the information that I needed.
Was very helpful on questions and took his time with me and sent a fantastic report after he was done highly recommended
Jamie explained everything really well and help us do what we needed to do to send everything to our insurance company! I would hire him again and recommend him to our friends!!!
Very thorough, professional, and easy to work with. They took the time to explain everything clearly and answered all of my questions. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable home inspector.
Excellent response time. Arrived on time. Reviewed the necessary areas for a 4-point inspection quickly.
Certi-Pro was everything I’d hope for being a first time home buyer. The work was efficient, honest, and affordable. The service was not rushed and the inspector took the time out to educate me on everything he was doing and what to look for in the future. I knew I’d made the right decision when the report came back showing items I had overlooked and would have been impossible to notice. Certi- Pro really works for us and not the builder. I’m recommending this company to all of my future friends that will be purchasing homes in need of an honest affordable company that’s truly on your side . Book now !
The inspector arrived early and took his time examining the property. He was very detailed and explained items he noted as needing attention at the conclusion of his inspection in addition to his written report, which was issued early the following day.
Very punctual, friendly service. Good value, would use them again.
Jaime was excellent. He arrived on time, he went right to work and was explained everything he did. We received the complete inspection report on time. Please if you need a 4 point or a wind mitigation inspection please call Jaime.
