I couldn’t be happier with the service I received! Luis arrived incredibly fast, much quicker than I could have ever expected. He was efficient, professional, explained everything to me and quoted much more reasonable rate than I was expecting. He was even able to fix my light while he was on site. Did a great job. Came out and found the problem, fixed it and tested. Everything seems to be working fine now. Amount was reasonable for the work performed.
I hired certified to install some exterior lighting on my house. Luis came out and did a quote, which we agreed on; their guys came out to do the install and couldn’t finish because they needed a bigger ladder; they told me they would be back tomorrow As Thursday rolled around, no one called or informed me they wouldn’t be coming. I received an email from Luis on Friday stating they would come out next Wednesday. Well, sure enough, Wednesday came around and I received no email or phone call stating they would not be coming out. At this point, I am trying to call and email them. I called at least 10 times; their main number is absolutely useless. No one answers it, so I left a voicemail and sent an email. Luis finally got back to me Thursday, stating an email was sent to me. I did not receive an email or any other form of communication stating they would not be coming out. On top of all this miscommunication and confusion, the team that came to install the lights dug up part of my side yard and just left. This went on for two weeks before I finally asked for a refund and decided to hire someone else to finish the lighting installation.

Even though it was a bery small job they were very quick to respond and fix my problem. They pointed out some blocked gutter issues I had not been aware of at my newly purchased house and fixed them for a fee dollars more. Clearly they are more interested in happy — and potentially repeat—customers than in making a quick buck.

I had been conducting my research on which companies would be best to install landscape lighting for a gazebo area in my back yard. I had several companies to come out and provide estimates, and all were extremely high. In addition, I wasn’t thrilled about their attitudes, as some lacked professionalism. I had almost given up, but was going through Thumbtack and decided to give Certified Services a call. I’m so glad I did! They immediately reached out and we scheduled a visit to walk through the project. Luis came out and was fabulous! He was courteous, timely and professional. The bid he provided was exactly what I had hoped for and I booked the installation that same day. They came out the next day and were able to install the lights, and the space looks fantastic! I can now enjoy an area that we would lose the utilization of, at night, due to the darkness of the space. I am so thrilled I reached out to Certified Services, and will be booking additional projects with them in the upcoming weeks! I wish other companies would realize, customers like myself aren’t a “one and done.” We are homeowners looking for partners to help us maintain the beauty of our homes!
