We did a full carpet renovation on our 4 story townhouse and working with Cesar was the best experience we could have asked for. I initially contacted César López through Thumbtack regarding a carpeting estimate. Unfortunately, I experienced a family emergency and was unable to immediately respond to his calls. Instead of maintaining professional communication and courtesy, I received a text message that I found rude, unprofessional, and inappropriate for someone providing customer service. I completely understand that contractors value their time, and communication goes both ways. However, unexpected life situations do happen, and there is a respectful way to follow up with potential clients. Based on this interaction alone, I would not feel comfortable moving forward with his services or recommending him to others. I have provided a screenshot of the text message I received.
