Came to give me a quote 1hour late . I have been trying to contact them to give me the quote . No response !! Tried 3 times and I still haven’t heard back At this point, I don’t feel comfortable moving forward with anything they have to offer .

Spoke with someone a day before to receive a quote. My appointment was scheduled from 9-10 am. Received text asking if 10-11 am would be okay. I agreed. At 10:30 am received a call from a guy stating that he was given an address in Atlanta and I live in Gwinnett County. Off work waiting for the technician. Who is a no show. The office calls within minutes to say there was a glitch in their system. No thank you!
My home has been needing help with foundation lifting- this company never reached out nor attempted to get back to me after several messages. Be aware of their lack in communication.
Thumbtack said serves Temple but was told they don’t come to my area which is Temple. Go figure?
Very good folks to do business. Once scheduled, they were on time, quick, clean and efficient. Drains and encapsulation installed in 2 days. Even made sure to place the grass back on top of the excavated drains.
Jay from CGS did our initial visit and Pierre followed up after a week to complete the job. They repaired my foundation wall in my basement and installed a system to prevent this issue in the future. They did excellent quality work and a great price.
The representative, Christian, apologized for the earlier mix-up and rescheduled the appointment. He is very knowledgeable about basement moisture issues and home construction in general. He took the time to explain thoroughly what needed to be done. And he addressed any other concerns that we may have had. It was a pleasure working with him.
