I am very happy with my new bathroom. Everyone at CGT construction were great. I would recommend them to everyone
This is a late review, this work was done over Dec-Feb, 2025. CGT came into our planned Primary bathroom project renovation, which was a top to bottom redesign, including the closet. We had already designed and purchased all the materials, and our initial contractor did not work out. They immediately proposed a price which was competitive. The work was done on time, on budget, no overruns, and they absorbed some rework costs and handled the punch list without question. What I especially liked was the project management communications and the fact that they brought in specialists for each step; tile, electrical, plumbing, paint and all framing were done by different specialists who clearly knew their craft. I really appreciated the entire team, they were on time, kept the workspace clean and did quality work. I kind of regret I don't have any more projects of this scale at my house at this point; I would hire them again absolutely and recommend them without reservation.
Outstanding experience with JJ and his crew. They renovated an original bathroom and brought it into 2024. No hidden fees, very transparent. Highly recommend!
Great working with CGT for our bathroom renovation. Excellent experience with the team on a daily basis!
Basement renovation. Great advice and ideas. Professional work and prompt service.
I chose CGT for my home renovation, including bathrooms, flooring, kitchen and a few other areas. Happy with the results. Mike is an excellent project manager.
CGT redid my basement floors after the flooded and after I had a nightmare experience with another contractor. Looks beautiful! Very respectable and professional staff.
I can’t say enough good things about my experience with JJ and CGT. They just finished my master bathroom and they did an amazing job. The whole team was clean and courteous. My wife and I both work from home and we were uninterrupted. Everything went smoothly and right on schedule. They were accommodating with questions and provided really good ideas. I’m already starting to plan my next project with them.
We are Very satisfied with the work and customer service that Cgt construction provided Jj Answered every question I had in a timely manner in the year of 2023 it’s hard to come in contact with people with great workmanship and service this is one of the best companies I’ve ever used A+ will definitely be using again
The General Manager JJ was very easy to work with. We relied on his expertise when we needed. He was not pushy or overbearing and remained accessible throughout the entire project. He gave us a start and end date and finished on schedule. We have such a small area to work with in our bathroom. They were able to utilize every area including giving us a closet for our bathroom supplies. The project manager Mike would stop every day to see how things were progressing, to deliver supplies and to see how we felt about the progress. His is a great asset to JJ. Their crew was very polite, experienced, and hard working. These guys literally worked from the minute they came in until they left. They checked with us to see if we were satisfied on a daily basis. They made sure they cleaned up every day. No matter if it was the demolition guys, the plumber, the painter or tile guys they never argued, raised their voices or cursed. Even when some changes were made mid-way through. They just completed our new bathroom, and we couldn’t be happier. As you will see in the pictures, our bathroom looks like a 5-star hotel bathroom. With all that being said, this company gets a 10 out of 10 stars from us. CGT Construction LLC is a fantastic company, and it would be a mistake NOT to hire them for your next project. We look forward to having them do our future projects and we cannot highly recommend them enough!
We required our basement to be remodeled due to being flooded and we came across CGT Construction on the internet. JJ quickly responded to our inquiry and setup an appointment for him to come to our home for an estimate. JJ was very professional and listened well to our requests and ideas. He was very patient with us and always stayed in contact if we had any questions. He was easily accessible via text, email or phone call. As for the work, JJ and his team were very professional. They all seem to be focused on the work and they were respectful of the environment since I did work from home for a couple of days a week. JJ was very understanding where the ceiling tile we initially chose did not look good and we asked if he can remove them and return whatever material we can. He did not hesitate to do this which helped us stay within our budget. There was another situation where the initial flooring that JJ had shown us were no longer in-stock, he continued to look for other flooring to help stay on schedule. Fortunately, I was able to find the flooring ourselves and we simply notified JJ the exact floor type, model, price etc. and he quickly put the order in and had everything ready to be installed within several days. All that being said, we stayed within our agreed amount and a reasonable timeline. We are very happy with our interaction with JJ and his team. There is no doubt that we will be contacting them again for another project in our house.
Effortless experience. I have a lot of projects going on and this one was made extra simple by JJ. On time, on budget, high quality and friendly.
JJ, owner of CGT Contruction LLC, is great to work with. I hired him for three separate jobs. The price on each was very competitive. He was responsive to my requests, easy to work with, and managed the projects very well. The work performed was exactly as requested and/or exceeded my expectations and was to professional quality.
Hiring CGT Construction LLC for my kitchen and attic remodeling was one of the best decisions I ever made. Not only is this company offering compatible price they are also going above and beyond with their work quality, punctuality and cleanliness! I was living in my house during the renovation but never felt overwhelmed with the noise - dust etc. CGT made sure to cover all areas and had his workers clean up after each day. I started to recommend this company to all my friends, neighbors and family members since I had such a good experience with them!
Excellent experience! They did an amazing job with the shower door install!
JJ was a great communicator and took his time to explain the process. Bathroom remodel looked great! New floors in basement which was also done very nicely. Will likely do business again!
Genuinely a pleasure to work with J.J. and his team. During the process, they discovered an additional problem from a previous renovation that needed to be fixed. They provided me with a quick and affordable estimate and were able to adjust the scope of work immediately. The work was completed in a timely manner, done correctly, and done well. Overall, the entire team were extremely flexible and considerate of my schedule and were able to work around the holidays. The quality of the work is great and I'm very pleased with how things ended up.
What a great job they did. very professional team, respond to communication on time. explained very well the project steps and reasonable price. Thank you JJ
