We hired Chaman to help us with a big clean up, tree removal (big roots), and an over all trimming of overgrowth. They gave us a fair bid, showed up on time, worked hard and did a great job. I cannot recommend these guys enough. We hope to work with them again in the Spring.

We hired Chaman Landscape LLC for a major garden cleanup project, including plant installation and root removal. When some stubborn blackberry and wisteria roots began pushing back through, Munib was very responsive and came back out to address the issue and properly dig out the remaining roots. I really appreciate his commitment to customer satisfaction and standing behind his work. The yard looks great, and I would recommend them for your landscaping needs!

I realized I was ripped off for a very small project, I was charged $2700 for it. The work was to make 3-4 steps in our sloped backyard and apply gravel, plus leveling a very small area near the deck with some drain rocks. These two areas are very small, and the work itself only took <5 hours effectively I would say, although they split the work into 2 visits + 1 additional visit requested by me, and there’s material purchase time and travel time, still it’s too expensive to me, you can judge by yourself.
Great experience working with them. They trimmed and cleaned everything at our condo and were available on short term notice. They didn’t leave until it was all finished and we were happy. Thanks again!
Chapman Landscaping did a great job in cleaning up my front yard and sidewalk gardens. They also put in new plants, jasmine and mulch. They were professional, efficient and kept me informed as they did the work to make certain I was satisfied. I would recommend them to do a job for you!
This was an urgent project, and the team delivered exceptionally well under time pressure. The work involved dealing with deep, well-established root systems, which made the process significantly more challenging than a typical cleanup. Despite these difficulties, the team handled everything with great professionalism and care. They thoroughly cleared out the overgrown area, removed stubborn roots, and left the space remarkably clean and well-prepared for replanting. Attention to detail was evident throughout the process, and the site was left in excellent condition. Overall, the team was highly responsible, efficient, and clearly took pride in their work. I truly appreciate their dedication and would highly recommend them.
Unfortunately I didn’t explain my project well enough. So he didn’t get the project. But if my needs matched I would have been happy to hire him. He is responsive and friendly.
I hired this team to weed, mow and clean up our relatively small backyard. The team arrived and quoted 500$ including a trim to a large bush, we declined this as that was not within the work request. The team then proceeded to pick weeds and trim the bushes we declined to have trimmed. The team indicated they were done. I addressed this and stated that I only asked for mow, weeding, and yard clean up. They argued with my back and forth, very unprofessional, but returned to mow the yard. No cleanup was done, my yard still had dead leaves all over it. They even left the mowing debris on our sidewalk, even after my husband asked for it be cleaned. I neglected to leave a negative review because the arguing back and forth over the service really irritated me and indicated this team to be hostile. I wrote the team privately on thumbtack to discuss further, and they replied informing me “you only paid 300$ for two people and we have to pay for oil, taxes” blah blah. Again, unprofessional. I too work, do they not think my money is also valuable and shouldn’t be wasted when paying an agreed upon amount and still not getting the service I paid for???? Will NEVER hire again, and do not recommend this team
We had an amazing experience with this team - they responded within minutes and finished the job the same day! They did a wonderful job in a short amount of time - lawn mowing, trimming, edging, removing weeds, etc. Very hard working and pleasant. Highly recommend 10/10. Will hire them again.
