Great experience with promptness and professionalism
I made an appointment through thumbtack for a technician to fix our washer (confirmed it in writing)for 10:00 am and was a no call no show. When I called the company an AI told me they did not have me on record rescheduled for 12-2:00 pm and gave me another price!That to was a no show no call. They made me loose my day off waiting for their visit. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! 0 rating
