Charla is amazing! Is helping us (both 70) learn to dance for our wedding. We both have 2 left feet and she is very patient and provides excellent instructions to make dancing feel natural. We have several more sessions scheduled and are looking forward to to our first dance after the wedding ceremony.

We took our first couples' dance lesson with Charla. She is fantastic! We are experienced ballroom dancers and have had years of private instruction. We recently moved from the SF/Bay Area to Seattle so need to find a new instructor. So glad we found Charla on Thumbtack. As many of the reviews say, Charla is patient, a great dancer and educator. Felt comfortable with her during our first lesson. Will be working with her regularly, which is the highest form of recommendation I can make!

The dance teacher communicated well when we talked and she was very polite and helpful and friendly. When I got to the lesson we worked on ballet basics and she knew what she was doing. She was again very helpful and polite. She was a very competent teacher. I enjoyed myself and I will try to go again when I can!
Kelsey and I had an absolutely wonderful time learning to dance salsa under Charla's tutelage. She was very patient and encouraging. We have already got our next lesson set up. If you are hoping to learn to dance I highly recommend Charla as your instructor!

I recommend Charla -- she is very professional, friendly, and a good teacher. She customized the lesson to my specific requests and questions, while also providing useful feedback and moves to work on. I was able to video the lesson so I could review it later, and get the most value out of the experience.
Charla helped us prepare for our first dance at our wedding. She was able to meet in the evening which was nice as both of us work during the day. Very happy with the lessons we received.
Charla is an excellent teacher! We have met with her to practice for our wedding dance. We had no prior experience and no idea about dance styles. I sent Charla a song before we've met and she found the perfect dance style for our song. She is a patient teacher; repeated moves with us until we got them. Also very creative, helped us to come up with a nice choreography for our first dance. We are hoping to take classes from her again in the summer :) Charla is absolutely amazing! We had so much fun around her, what a lovely lady. I recommend her to everyone.
