First, Charles was the only person to respond to our project. I guess repairing water damage is below most people in the Rockford area. The drywall was neatly removed, mold treated and the work was done in a timely manner. The work came in within the estimate and it looks great. I would highly recommend Charles to anyone!

We needed an electrician quickly for a project in our home, and it turns out that Charlie was the best guy for the job. He was incredibly responsive with messages about the issue, and made himself available the same afternoon. He was patient with all the other chaos in out home that day with so many other contractors in and out of the house, and he interacted easily with my toddler son. Charlie arrived when he said he would, did the job quickly and accurately, and explained what he did in a way that I could understand and could repeat for my husband when he got home later. I really can't say enough nice things about him! If you need any electrical work around your home, look no further. We absolutely will be having him come back for other projects around our new home. He is prompt, polite, quick, clearly knows what he is doing, and his price is fair.
