Even with location glitches which was no ones fault everything turned out so pretty. The pictures has some character which was my main point. She priced everything fair and does very natural editing. I would definitely go to Charnell again.

Charnell is simply the best. She far exceeded our expectations (which were very high) -- we were so lucky to have had her at our wedding. She showed up far in advance of our ceremony to capture some of my favorite pictures and moments from the day, she made everyone laugh and feel at ease, her pictures are stunning and she gave us more amazing photos than we could've ever dreamed of. Charnell was beyond amazing. She captured our day in the most magnificent way. Her punctuality, professionalism, and sense of humor made the day stress free.
Our family was having a reunion, and Grandma’s greatest desire was to get an updated family portrait. How do you find a photographer who is not only terrific, reasonable, available, and most importantly able to deal with your awesome family which included an “on-the-go, camera shy” 2½ year old? I (Grandma) did an online search, and from our first correspondence, I felt like Charnell was the ticket. As it was, my entire family LOVED CHARNELL and kept asking where I found her. It honestly seemed like she chose me! From our first online meet, I could tell she was a fun-loving, go-with-the-flow photographer. I felt she would work with my desires as well as steer me in the right direction so we would be happy with our photos. An added bonus was her very prompt responses to my communication-- beginning to end. Throughout the two-hour outdoor photoshoot, which included various groupings, Charnell demonstrated why she had earned Thumbtack’s Top Pro status. She took photos while lying in the grass, flipping her shoe in the air to make our 2½-year-old laugh, and ran backwards to get our family in motion. She was so much fun! To Charnell, we say "Thanks so much for your tremendous help in making this Grandma’s desire come true. We had such a great time and are so pleased with our photos. You turned what could have been a stressful event into a highlight of our family get-together. Blessings to a Pro!!!!”
Charnell was a dream to work with. She is very creative, fun, energetic and makes everyone feel comfortable in front of the lens. She responded promptly to our first email inquiry about her services and was always responsive to any questions up until the wedding day and after. She arrived on time and stayed late to take extra pictures of the entire wedding group. Her prices are very competitive and she mailed the usb with proofs back within 2 weeks of the ceremony. Charnell captured our love and happiness in her lenses and we will have them forever. She has such an easy going style and wonderful warmth and smile to make you feel at ease when you're going crazy with nerves and excitement. We definately recommend Charnell for all your photography needs~you won't be disappointed.
Charnell is very awesome, out going and energetic. She makes your photos come alive. She has some great ideas for photos and she's also open minded and excited to hear other people's ideas. Charnell will be my first and only choice when it comes to doing photos
