I wouldn’t and I won’t recommend this company chase construction to anyone. They are just a rip off. They quoted me $950 to replace a vent pipe and fix the surrounding shingles. What I got was a $5 piece of metal wrapped around the existing vent pipe and some putty. Nothing else was done. I’ll be blasting this company on my YouTube channel and spreading the word at all my investor meet ups.

About Chase Construction North West
Finding a roofer you can trust is hard. Many contractors sell with sweetness, but then 3 years down the road your new roof is leaking and their phone is dead. We've been roofing since 2002 and have the best reputation for reliability in Western Washington. If you hire us, you'll know the job will be done right. Nobody is perfect. Unforeseen issues can happen. The difference is that with us you know that if there is an unforeseen issue down the road, we'll be there and will fix it.
Reviews
Gary came out to look at some roof repairs, he was very friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer my questions.
No doubt my best experience hiring roofer. They do really high quality work, always respond to my message promptly, provide best value compare with all other quotes I received. Chase construction is now my go to company for any type of roof related work.
Jesus and Gary were very professional and quick to respond. The work was completed in a timely manner, and with good craftsmanship. Pricing was a little high, given the work only took 3 hours. I would work with Chase Construction on future roofing projects.
Completed the job with satisfaction they cleaned up as they went, no mess I would hire them again and recommend them without reservation
Very small roof repair job but Chase was responsive and didn't try and turn it into a major project. I'm very happy and would be willing to work with Chase on a larger project and not just roofing.
This was a great experience from the initial interview and estimate to the actual work. The pricing was very reasonable. The work was done quickly and well. We are extremely happy with the professionalism of the company and all of the workers we came in contact with.
They were very responsive to our timeline and they completed all of the work with quality and professionalism.
They're always easy to work with and do a professional job!
I met with 4 contractors, but this one was the most professional with their quote and repaired our roof quickly and at a reasonable price. Would recommend to all friends and family.
