Wonderful experience! He got to the mobile home on time, took his time through the home to complete the inspection. He was answered every question I had and is very knowledgeable in this field. The inspection report is wonderful, it includes everything down to explanations of what each areas inspected is and recommendations. Troy is a wonderful person I will be using him in the future and recommend him!

I recently had my home inspected by Troy, and I couldn't be more pleased with his service! He was extremely knowledgeable, took the time to walk me through the entire inspection process, and answered all of my questions. I received his report promptly with honest, straightforward recommendations, and his pricing was very fair as well. Hiring a trustworthy inspector makes a huge difference, and I will gladly recommend Troy to my family and friends!

I wish I could give Troy 10 stars. As a first time home buyer, buying a newly renovated home he put me at ease. Pointed out everything, made recommendations and even made sure to answer all of my questions thoroughly. I got to the appointment 5 minutes late and Troy already had the exterior inspection done and the chimney inspection was completed! Guy is awesome. Troy was amazing! He made this inspection as easy as possible. Reviewing the report was a very easy process and even easier to generate a checklist of repair items to submit to seller. Thanks!

For the price I paid, the value was amazing. I feel like I got way more than “just an inspection” – I got real guidance from someone who knows houses inside and out. Troy was awesome to work with, and I’d absolutely recommend him to anyone who wants an HONEST inspector. He walked me through possible repairs, what’s urgent, what can wait, and even gave me ideas on how to handle some of the bigger issues. You can tell he really knows his stuff and actually cares about his clients, not just about getting paid and moving on.

Once I actually moved into my house I found thousands of dollars in electrical and plumbing issues that he missed in his 5 hour inspection. Choose someone better.
