It was my 50th wedding anniversary The best decision I made this year was hiring chef Cassy The food was wonderful and she makes a mean margarita too… while we were eating my husband looks at me and says I don’t know how to act we haven’t been to a restaurant in a long time and I laughed and said you’re still not at a restaurant ,but chef Cassy made us feel like we were . I highly recommend Chef Cassy .
Cassy did a great job. She was easy to communicate with before the event and offered suggestions on the menu. Cassy and her crew showed up promptly and prepared delicious appetizers, entre, sides and dessert. I highly recommend the brisket sliders and fried collard greens but everything was amazing. Cassy also interacted with my guests and made it very fun. She has a wonderful personality and big heart. We will definitely use her again!

Chef Cassie was amazing. She arrived and immediately took out for setting everything up in the kitchen. She and her assistant were both fun, funny and delivered a great evening. Food was amazing. Her interaction with the guests was fantastic. Highly recommend.

There was a misunderstanding between us and although I thought I was clear with my instructions, instead of bringing the food prepared, she brought the ingredients separated. However, I needed it all ready to eat. All our interactions were over the phone or through email, but I felt like I was clear with my instructions. Also, during the planning process, she was not the most responsive. I understand it's a busy time of year, but I had to work extra hard to get responses from her.
