We hired Chef Gilchrist to prepare a thanksgiving feast for 12 at a vacation home we rented. He thoroughly planned the menu with us a week in advance and then delivered everything as planned and on time. He was able to adapt and overcome the limited resources of the vacation home and still amazed everyone with a perfect meal. It is days later and we are still enjoying the leftovers and remarking about how amazing everything tasted. He is also very personable and can hold good conversation while he works. We enjoyed having him in our home. Go with Chef Gilchrist, you won’t be disappointed.

Chef Gilchrist was great. He worked with me to prepare a great menu, cooked and served a delicious meal and cleaned up afterwards. I highly recommend him for your next dinner party.
Chef Clay made an amazing meal and he made our anniversary dinner very special!
Clayton was awesome and did a great job cooking for me and my friends. Even though our kitchen was somewhat lacking he was incredible and also cleaned before and after. Great food, great person and awesome service.
Very thorough and accommodating. Had a vegetarian and a gluten free request and was handled seamlessly. Amazing apps as well. Stuffed mushrooms and crab cakes were exceptional.
Wonderful Experience with Chef Gilchrist. He planned an amazing dinner for my family of 20 people for a spectacular 80th birthday celebration. Chef was in contact from beginning to end and put together a delicious 4 course meal for 20 people! We had a wonderful time. We strongly recommend Chef Gilchrist! Thank you Chef.
