I hired Chef Hassan for my husband’s birthday. It was a surprise for my husband. We had a party of 5 and we thoroughly enjoyed Chef’s cuisine. Starting from his enthusiasm, his ability to understand our needs and requirements, creating an excellent menu to help us choose and to arriving on time and creating an evening worth remembering Chef Hassan is too notch. The food was so tasty and delicious and I want to thank the Chef for helping to create such an exciting and delicious evening for us.

His love for the culture and food of his home country of Morocco started when he was a child learning to cook from his mother and grandmother. He draws inspiration for his dishes from the cuisine of Morocco, France, Italy, the Mediterranean and Middle East. Chef Hassan's food is all about flavor, herbs, homemade spices, olive oil, fresh produce and a lot of LOVE! I love sharing my enthusiasm about food and the Moroccan culture with my customers. I hired Chef Hassan to cater for a casual outdoors wedding reception party and he did an excellent job! The food was plated beautifully and he was very communicative throughout the process, making sure we sourced halal meat for the chicken and wild caught for the seafood option. I appreciated the attention to detail with edible flowers and house made baklava with berries. Will definitely recommend him to others!

Chef Hassan and his team were professionals yet approachable. All 70+ guests really raved about their food and all felt they were delicious and flavorful. And this is despite the fact that my two ovens were smaller than anticipated and they had to improvise with smaller pans that fit.
My husband booked Chef Hassan for my 30th birthday dinner & it was AMAZING! It was a private dinner only for 4 people, including my son who is 3 years old. Chef Hassan was so open and willing to accommodate a great menu for both adults & children. He offered a reasonable price & the food he cooked was top of the line! He was so professional & friendly, and made our entire experience from start to finish, amazing! If i could give him 6 stars on here I would, and i would recommend him to any of my friends or family! We will definitely be using his again!
Chef Hassan arrived on time with the agreed upon menu. I appreciate that he spent extra time garnishing the food and making it presentable. And since some guests arrived early, he did a great job getting appetizers out first while we were waiting for the bigger courses. As for the food itself, it was delicious. My guests were complimenting the dishes all night! Highly recommended.
Everything was amazing and perfect. Hassan could not have been more courteous or professional. And his Moroccan feast for a party of 12 was superb. I strongly recommend him. We chose him for a private birthday party at our house. He exceeded our already-high expectations. Would hire him again in a heartbeat.
My client was very very pleased. She expressed how professional he was. He even created little personal mini menus! A real treat to have him in house. The food was excellent! 5 Star rating all the way!
