Chef Ismael is very flexible and communicative throughout the booking and planning process. The event was for a wedding of about 90 guests and more than enough food was prepared. A complimented fruit platter was even added as a courtesy. The quality of the food was also great, as guests and family commented that the food options were tasty and well-cooked. The stations were also set up to fit right into the color scheme/themes of the wedding. Thanks to Ismael for his expertise in helping prepare a diverse but cohesive menu, and to his team for preparing and serving the food, followed by a prompt clean up of the space following the conclusion of the event. Overall great experience working with chef Ismael.
We hired Chef Ismael to cater my 40th birthday party, and overall had a great experience. He was professional, responsive, and made the food portion of hosting very easy for me. The food was well seasoned and well received by our guests, and it was a huge help not having to worry about preparing and managing everything myself. I’d recommend him for anyone looking for a convenient, professional catering experience. I’d just suggest being very specific upfront about timing and expectations for the menu and presentation.

The food was delicious and very well seasoned. For larger groups, having additional support staff could further enhance the overall flow and efficiency of the experience. That said, I also want to recognize that he worked on a major holiday, which speaks to his dedication and professionalism. We truly appreciated his commitment and the effort he put into our event.

Chef Ismael was amazing, and exceeded my expectations in every way. He is a consummate professional. He arrived promptly, went straight to work as if he’d been cooking delicious meals out of my kitchen for years, and served us a truly spectacular 4-course dinner. It was a 50th birthday for my friend- who is a professional chef! So the stakes were high, but he more than met our standards. I look forward to working with Chef Ismael again. He is a visionary with an amazing work ethic.
