Chef Jay did an amazing job for my mother-in-laws backyard wedding! The first conversation with her was very professional and she took note of all of my requests. It was an amazing meal created by Chef Jay! All of my guests loved the food. However, I would really consider food prep before getting to location so that meal is served on a timely manner. Even though she got to my house 6.5 hours before agreed meal time, it was delayed about 1.5 hours. Again, food was incredible so that help relieve the stress that one as a host might feel.
Chef Jay made my Appreciation Dinner special! Our poolside brunch and buffet dinner was delicious and the presentation was spectacular!
Chef Jay was excellent! She was a pleasure to work with. Selecting a menu was easy, she prepared the food on site, presented it beautifully, the food was absolutely delicious and she even cleaned up before she left. We celebrated a family birthday and she helped to make it a very special evening.
Chef Jay did a fabulous dinner for 8. With less than 24 hours notice, several dietary restrictions and menu preferences for picky adults, she handled every detail from shopping to cleaning up and every single thing in between. I could actually enjoy myself like I was a guest! The food was delicious (noted by several of my guests.) Chef Jay has a lovely disposition (no ego at all, despite her culinary talent.) I will definitely hire chef Jay again.
Chef Jay did a fantastic job with our dinner party in Hilton Head. We had a large group and she went above and beyond from menu planning all the way to plating and presentation. I would highly recommend using Chef Jay if you’re looking for catering or at home chef services in the area!
An awesome experience! Chef Amber was very professional & the food she prepared for my wife & I tasted absolutely amazing! The lamb chops served with her signature stuffed lobsters were so tender & cook to perfection! She arrived early & even went as far as to help me configure the area used for dining. I highly recommend her services to ANYONE in search of a personal chef.

Chef Jay Amber- Is professional, talented and an overall gem. She eased all of my concerns before booking her- once she got the job, she was just as eager to please. Food from appetizers to dessert was flavorful, plentiful and she presented like a top notch restaurant. She cleaned my kitchen better than she found it. We’re so pleased, we will definitely use her again! She made our Anniversary one to remember.
