Chef Pierre was incredible! We booked him for a bachelor party in St. George and he arrived promptly and cooked an unforgettable meal consisting of a caesar salad, lobster bisque, perfectly cooked beef wellington with a creamy potato puree ending with strawberry short cake. Would book him again 1000%

Our Girl's trip experience was EXCEPTIONAL because of Chef Marc! He was responsive when it came to questions and changes. The food was SUPERB!!! If ever going back this way, Chef Marc will be our go-to.

This is the 2nd time that I have called on Chef Pierre and he does not disappoint. Chefs Perry & Pierre prepared a delicious 4 course meal for us as we celebrated 3 birthdays and 2 anniversaries during our recent trip to Las Vegas. From start to finish, the professionalism and communication were top notch. He provided an extensive menu for us to select the perfect meal. The taste and presentation of the food was 5 star. Each course was cooked to perfection and left us in awe tasting the layers of flavors. It was amazing to watch these two chefs balance each others talents. We will definitely be calling on them again.
Chef Perry and Pierre were absolutely amazing! They helped us curate a 6 course menu for a private dinner at our airbnb retreat in Twentynine Palms, CA. They were inviting and intentional throughout the whole experience. Every dish was delicious and on a 5 star level. We're grateful for them being willing to provide their services during our stay. Thank you both for making the celebration of my daughter's 21st bday and my sisters Master Degree so special!
Chef Perry-Edwards did an excellent job with the birthday brunch I planned for my husband!! It was a group of 8 and we all thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Chef Perry-Edwards was very personable. The food was delicious and we all were so stuffed we barely finished dessert. If anyone is looking to book a chef in Las Vegas, I highly recommend Chef Perry-Edwards.
Chef Perry has twice prepared a large holiday meal for our extended family at our home . She is absolutely fantastic! Wonderful food, timely communications and a pleasure to work with! We look forward to doing it again next year.

Chef Pierre is a patient teacher and a complete professional. Not only is he patient,but he is an AMAZING CHEF. I highly recommend Chef Pierre. You will be more than satisfied with his magical cooking skills!
We would not hire again. The chef seemed in over his head. First off, the food was cooked in a home kitchen and not a ghost kitchen or commissary. Based off hygienic factors alone, we would not have chosen this chef if we had known. Second, the food arrived in many parts as the chef was using his own car. Because of this, our staff had to leave our space to go and pick up the food. It was portioned unevenly and the food arrived cold. We also were not able to verify that we received all of the portions of food due to the chaos of trying to make sure everything came on time.
Kind, warm and easy to work with! Thanksgiving for 18, lots of last minute changes due to Covid, they were fantastic! The food was top notch, will definitely hire them again. ❤️
We had a BBQ party of 15 Chef came up with a menu and a great dessert to serve. He showed up at the agrfeed up on time went to work and had a great dinner prepared and served to all guest and it all worked seameassly . We will be using his services again. Thank you Chef
I haven’t yet had my catering experience but the communication and professionalism that is displayed have been very well executed. He is punctual and respectful. I can’t wait to taste this amazing meal we will have soon. Looking so forward to a good time and a full stomach.
Very disappointing that he cancelled 2 days before my wedding after booking 6 months in advance.... We live in Florida but were having an elopement in California with about 25 people. Marckende was quick to provide a menu and pricing, which was good.. but we had to ask a lot of questions because not much information was provided (ex. was a table, table cloth, serving utensils, plates, silverware included, which none were. Did he plate the food or was it buffet style? Is it ready all at once or does he bring out appetizers first, dinner separate?) Also he was very persistent on collecting a deposit of 50%. THEN after 6 months of planning with him, 2 days before my wedding, I received a notification from my bank that Marckende returned my deposit. I had zero notifications from Marckende himself. I had to reach out to him to find out that he was cancelling due to a family emergency. I understand emergencies happen, but not communicating with me directly was unprofessional. If it wasn't for the bank notification, I would have been waiting for him to arrive the day of my event. I responded to him wishing the best for him and his family, and also asking for any recommendations on a replacement chef/caterer, to which I was left on read and received no response. The menu looked great, its a shame we didn't get to taste it. I think a lot could have been handled differently.
Overall our experience with Marckende was good. The food was delicious, he was considerate and incredibly helpful on site (helped with house clean up tasks that were unrelated to his job). He was adaptable to last minute requests and handled an astounding amount of work (cooked for 23 people for a solid work week without aid or assistance). No doubt he is a very talented cook and hard worker. My only constructive criticism would be in regards to his communication leading up to our event. He, unfortunately, had a life circumstance arise about a month prior to our event which was unavoidable and seemed to be the cause. However, this lead to a pretty big lack of communication up until our arrival which made us pretty nervous going into the event. We also dealt with some disparities in food amounts in the first few days, but he quickly adjusted and upped the amounts when asked. Overall, incredibly kind and hard working.
