She had terrible customer service and was extremely rude to me. I kindly let her know my budget and she rudely expressed that my budget was too low. She said it is embarrassing that I want a luxury service for "such a low budget." I never asked her to lower her prices, I only tried to be responsive and giver her closure in letting her know that I was going to book another chef with packages better suited to my budget. She was evidently very upset and retaliated by trying to insult me.

I am not sure if there is a word in the English language to describe our amazing experience with Chef Moise. I hosted a night before for my good friend and her fiancé. I decided to go with the 9 course tasting menu! It was incredible! For me I was just thrilled that my guests loved the experience and the food. The icing was on-top was the Chef and her staff left the place cleaner than it was when they came.
I hired Chef Moise for my sister’s Bachelorette and I am so glad I did. Her food was incredibly tasty and her presentation was beautiful! She brought fresh flowers and they really elevated the experience. I would hire her again in a heartbeat. She makes it easy to decide on menu items by looking at her website. She was even able to make meat and vegetarian options for our group of 7. Thank you again Chef Moise for making my sisters weekend special.

I hired Chef for my friends surprise birthday dinner. She was very responsive prior to the dinner and even reached out the day before just to check in. Day of she gave me an eta and was on time and extremely friendly. She even chatted with us throughout our dinner! She was amazing! And the food!! Out of this world! This cooking experience was awesome! Chef Thara was great to work with. Got this as a gift for my moms 60th bday. Got to teach her how to make improvements in her favorite meal along with some new techniques. Great learning experience....wonderful tasting food and a good time.
